We offer exchange in sizes. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship us the piece back with a small note of your size requirements, and send us an email at contact@thewoventhreads.com. If the style doesn't suit you, we can offer you a one-time use store credit voucher valid for 3 months provided the piece is unworn and intact with all the tags and labels. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not account for the amount of the store credit voucher.

 For international shipments, import duty might be levied by Customs in your country, depending on your country's regulations. These will need to be borne by you.
